What is saved when you finish the test

Upon completing the 24- or 54-question assessment, the platform automatically submits anonymized calibration data: randomly generated participant and assessment IDs; mode and referral tracking tags (the "ref" parameter in the URL) locked at test initiation; complete raw response vectors; elapsed completion time; legacy import flags; self-reported starseed familiarity and pre-test identity; optional gender and age brackets; model version and fingerprint hash; server-computed outcomes; full-precision similarity scores across all 21 civilizations; classification margin; response dispersion and result stability metrics; and deploy release tags. If the response pattern lacks sufficient directional variance, it remains flagged as "Unclassified."

Our database records only the server timestamp of submission and total elapsed completion time; start and finish timestamps are never captured. Full diagnostic re-evaluations are computed locally against raw vectors and frozen model weights. Unfinished quizzes reside solely in your local browser storage and are never transmitted to our calibration database. Sample and shared reports transmit responses for transient server-side calculation but do not write to the anonymous calibration repository.

How your data is used

Data is evaluated to examine item discrimination, classification boundaries, anonymous test-retest consistency, and self-identification congruence to support future psychometric research and formal model revisions. The current frozen question pool, scoring weights, and taxonomic categorizations do not automatically shift with incoming submissions. Historical submissions are archived strictly for deterministic report reconstruction and longitudinal calibration studies.

Voluntary qualitative feedback

Subjective accuracy ratings, post-report identification choices, and open-ended text fields are saved only if you explicitly choose to submit feedback. Pre-test identification is automatically cross-referenced within that same anonymized entry. Please do not enter real names, phone numbers, emails, or identifying personal information in open feedback fields.

Identity & Technical Infrastructure

This platform does not require account registration. We do not harvest real names, phone numbers, precise geolocation, device fingerprints, or advertising IDs, nor do we employ third-party ad trackers. Email addresses are collected solely if you choose to save your profile; they are stored encrypted in an isolated contact table, completely decoupled from anonymous assessment entries. 6-digit access codes are hashed using bcrypt and are never recorded in plaintext in databases, URLs, or analytics logs. Retrieving a profile never triggers automated emails. Gender and age questions are strictly voluntary and default to "Prefer not to say." Research participation checkboxes default to unchecked and are only flagged if actively selected. Your anonymous retest token links multiple sessions without ever exposing personal answers publicly; please keep it safe.

This platform and its databases are hosted on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Cloudflare processes standard connection metadata strictly to maintain uptime and mitigate abuse; our application layer never logs client IP addresses or browser fingerprints into calibration stores. There is no public data export endpoint.

Shared Profiles

Shared links encode raw answers and model versions directly within the URL string; they do not include your anonymous retest token or feedback verification tokens. Anyone with the URL can recompute and view the resulting profile. Opening a shared link does not overwrite your personal local test results on your device.

Local Storage on Your Device

Browser local storage retains your active in-progress answers, your most recent completed assessment report, an anonymous participant token, and feedback verification credentials. You can wipe this local data at any time through your browser settings; doing so does not delete previously submitted anonymous calibration records on our servers.
